1. Bookkeeping

Having received from our client the original documents, we enter all information into the accounting system, prepare journals for the original documents, balance sheets, statements and reports. We establish the price of services for the client based on the number of original documents. Clients will no longer have to deal directly with the State Tax Inspectorate, State Social Insurance Fund Board or auditors from the Customs Department – we represent our clients in all inspections. Bookkeeping is carried out using various accounting programs (Skaita, Labbis, Euroskaita).

2. Inspection of accounting organization

If you decide to check how the operations of the company's accounting department are organized, we can offer the assessment of the correctness of bookkeeping procedures. Having performed the assessment, we will provide you with findings on the correctness of bookkeeping procedures, compliance with laws and regulations as well as recommendations on how to eliminate the errors. These findings will enable the company’s management to assess the competence of accountants and avoid possible damage due to errors.

3. Consulting on tax matters

We provide legal and natural persons with consultations on all bookkeeping and tax matters.

4. Organizing bookkeeping procedures

We organize the work of your newly established or existing accounting department: work distribution, determining the optimal number of accounting employees, software selection and support in its installation.

5. Managing abandoned accounting

Sometimes it happens that the management of a company's accounting is postponed for the future. A year or few later, it is necessary to deal with the accounting for the previous periods. Should such a problem occur, we are ready to quickly arrange the accounting from the original documents to the financial statements and submit all reports to state authorities.

6. Registering new companies

We prepare all the documents for the registration of a new company and all registration documents for a notary. We register new companies electronically.

7. Legal assistance in tax disputes

We draw up complaints to the tax administrator, tax dispute commission or court. We represent our clients in tax disputes.
